Installation Problem

Guys i have an installation froblem from .deb file.

When i download any .deb file. run it and authorized it.

then an error come like this.

But the no program run at the time.
i try it after restarting computer but still this result come. so help me.how it will remove.

Do you make sure there aren't any other programs open? Do you have your settings configured so your sessions carry on when you log in?

Are you sure Update Manager is not running offering you to do some updates?

yup nothing is running.

In that case it's probably update process that got stuck. So now ubuntu thinks it's in the middle of updating that program still.
But I don't know how to troubleshoot that, especially since there is no information which program might be the problem.

Try to install the .deb file in terminal, it might show more info what is blocking it. Or if there is a button Details when you try to install it like this in graphical interface.
