I'm been unable to upgrade to Ubuntu 10.04 using the Update Manager, because it seems to have trouble downloading files. It'll start out fast, and then 10 minutes in, the download will effectively stop. When I tried manually downloading the ISO from the website, I ran into the same problem.
However, using Bittorrent, I was able to download the ISO in a couple minutes. What's the easiest way to upgrade using the ISO without having physical access to the machine? The machine I want to upgrade is a VPS, so I can't burn a CD or USB drive and boot from that.
