If it's a Television tuner card, it doesn't matter, Television tuners can take cable, satellite (if you don't require a box) and antennas, just like real Televisions.

Pretty sure the OP was referring to one of them. RF Tuners (That's actually never what they're called, they're called RF Modulators), HDMI Input (This site (http://www.blackmagic-design.com/products/) should have them for sale) (newer boxes) and Component Input are the same too, if you require boxes for your cable/satellites that is.

It's an analogue tuner with RF and composite in and an RF loop through.

I was thinking of wrapping the dish in tinfoil and making a solar oven of it because I'm thinking that's the best I'm going to get of it.
