I am trying to install Bitpim 1.0.7 because I have an Env Touch which the Bitpim version already installed on 10.04 does not support . I installed Alien and downloaded the RPM version of Bitpim and did the commands just like I did in 9.10. It worked in 9.10 however this time I keep getting an the error message I get when I try to convert it.

craig@craig-laptop:~$ sudo alien '/home/craig/Desktop/bitpim-1.0.7-0.i386.rpm'
[sudo] password for craig: ******
