Hi all

Was watching the world cup game and before the game they showed a commercial, talking about equality, compassion, and HUMANITY TOWARDS OTHERS, and it showed in great big letters "UBUNTU"...it was pretty epic.

Just thought I'd share. And I'm betting Mark Shuttleworth is ecstatic they had the world cup in his home country. Its an amazing way to give jobs to tons of people.

It has nothing to do with the operating system.

Right, but the meaning is still there, and is somewhat symbolic in the sense that the world cup brings together people from all over the world.
