Hello,
Recently, I upgrade OS on one of my machine(which is in a LAN network) to Ubuntu 10.04. my home directory is mounted via openafs.
I installed all necessary KDE applications like kmail, kate, kwalletmanager etc in my machine. After login I cannot use kmail or kontact. I will receive an error saying "Akonadi Server Failed" "Failed to create socket". I searched ubuntu forums and kde forums and found many fixes like excluding mysqld-akonadi in apparmor etc. I tried it, but to no avail.
