When I click on the full screen option in Ubuntu 10 to watch a video stream it just goes blank, until I press escape to bring it back to the small view! could anyone please tell me how to solve this problem because it was working fine before and I miss being able to watch free films without the hassle of downloading?

It looks like the latest version of flash has a problem with full screen mode. The previous one worked well for me, but now, full screen flash just shows a white screen.

SOLVED
After uninstalling and reinstalling Flash from the synaptic package manager, I right clicked on the you-tube video screen as it was playing and disabled Hardware accelaration through Settings!
Not sure if the uninstaling and reinstalling of Flash was necessary but full screen now works fine again!
