Right hand moved to the left

Ok on the tool bar at the bottom of the screen that arrow you hit and it expands and shows all the things running essentially, it has a clock and such, somehow it is now on the left how do I move it back to the right? Thanks

Try dragging it. If that doesn't work, right-click->Move and then drag it.

Do you have a little arrow on the end of the bit you can see? If so click it and the ribbon will expand back across the screen. If not then try putting your cursor on what you can see of the ribbon and doing a right click. Select "properties". See what "Orientation" says. Change it, and then change again.......
