Buddy pounce in Empathy?

Does empathy have anything similar to the "buddy pounce" found in Pidgin? I haven't been able to find anything on google.

I just upgraded to Empathy 2.30.1 and nothing that I can find. :( But now sofiasip works so I can do voip via sip. I have been using www.link2voip.com as my provider.
