video problem on skype

Hi,and sorry for my english,
How to fix video problem on skype?I don't have a webcam,but i can't recive video from others....:confused:Just transparent white box and no video...i recive just audio.On karmic skype works perfectly but now on lucid i got this problem.I don't want to remove ubuntu just for this but i'm so angry:mad:
