anyone else find the keyserver is down most of the time?

It is so frustrating when you have to install an application from the PPA

It always timesout.

eg.

You can use any of these:

pool.sks-keyservers.net
subkeys.pgp.net
pgp.mit.edu
keys.nayr.net
keys.gnupg.net
wwwkeys.XX.pgp.net - replace XX with your country code (fr, en, de... etc)
