Help with streaming

Hi currently I am using <embed><object> to play videos on my website by embeding windows media player. It is really slow the file I am serving is about 180mb. How could I set it up to stream with quicktime or something else that works well with apache2? Thanks for the info. Here is a link to what I am currently testing: http://dboyd.sytes.net
