Ok,.. you know how you install a win app, like you click on the install it reads your computer and set it up accordingly to run on your system...

I was wondering what would happen if you could take any ms program,.. rip the actual program it's self out and remap it with a Linux installer... this possibble?

And for the love of god, don't even mention wine or I smack you!

Or legalities of duping programs... I just wanna know if it would work..

Like a driver wrapper? (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Driver_wrapper)

No it wouldn't. The reason windows programs can't run on Linux has a lot more reasons than just the installer. The binaries are different, and there's different libraries and APIs that are not available for Linux.
