Change GeoIP

I'm really curious about this - I'd like to change the location my IP address produces. Similar to this (http://xkcd.com/713/) XKCD webcomic. It would be fun to mess with advertisers and such. Anyone know how?

GeoIP info isn't open. Most you can do is spoof your IP, and the database will return the wrong location. You can't actually go and change the GeoIP data on the server.

You could trap, http,https,udp etc and insert whatever you wanted
