touchpad settings

The settings found in the Xubuntu --> application --> settings --> xfce settings for the touchpad is very limited.

Can I disable / tweak dragging and single tab open a file somewhere?
Those functions I find onnoying, as they will open files as I move my mouse pointer fast.
