View Full Version : [kubuntu] Drag a window to the top of the desktop and it maximises. Damn annoying.

Since I installed Lucid I have found that when I drag a window to the top of the screen in KDE, unless I do so very carefully and gently, it maximises and fills the screen. How do I stop this pointless and annoying behaviour?

Hi,
Go to Settings > System Settings > General (tab) > Desktop > Screen Edges
Then uncheck "Maximize windows by dragging them to the top of the screen".
Click apply.
That should do it.
