* Adblock
* Downloads - Access the downloads window directly from the toolbar.
* Flashblock
* Keep Last Two Tabs - This extension keep last two tabs to prevent Chrome quits when last tab is closed. (best extension ever)
* PDF/PPT/TIF viewer with Google docs - opens these formats in google docs instead of download
* Recent History - This extension displays your recent history and recently closed tabs in a one click popup menu.
* Session Buddy - Flexible Chrome Session Management.
* View Google Images Full - On click of google image results, it opens up the image alone in its full size.

Adthwart works better by blocking before it gets the data.

I was able to use adthwart to block all you tube comments

I was able to use adthwart to bloke all you tube comments

I had issues with adthwart preventing some sites from loading CSS, and flash videos on youtube not loading. I did like how it was easy to block additional contect, though.

The new version of AdBlock - Version: 2.0.2 now blocks before it gets the data and may work better then Adthwart but this is only in the latest 2.0.2 version

I also suggest Browser Button for AdBlock - Version: 0.0.7 for full functionality

Thanks, that's one of the reasons I still used firefox, as Chromium didn't have 'proper' ad-blocking.
The other was a lack of a 'noscript' plugin and a lack of a download manager type plugin like Down Them All :D
