Fastest dual boot methods

Say I have Ubuntu as my primary OS and Windows 7 on another partition or hard drive. What is the fastest way to switch between OSs? Or isn't there?

I don't want a virtual machine. But I want to know any really fast methods between getting out of Ubuntu and into Windows quickly, and back again without so much of a boot-up delay.

There is no quick way, you have to reboot. To speed up the boot, you could upgrade to an SSD, I've seen bootcharts where Lucid booted in under 6 seconds. I imagine Win 7 would be about the same.
