One of the students in the department I work for has a couple of machines that are networked together but not to the Internet. He needs to install a piece of software that is compiled against the kernel. Thus I need the kernel headers for Ubuntu 10.4 32-bit.

I'm trying to work out what I need to download and from where, to then trundle over to his machine via USB or whatever and install. Complicating things slightly is the fact that my machine is still on 9.10 and 64-bit, so the obvious route of installing them here and copying the downloaded .debs doesn't look like it will work.

I guess I've just gotten used to apt-get doing everything for me :)
