So here is a noodle scratcher for you folks. I have Ubuntu 9.10 on this laptop, with a broken screen. Now I have it attached to a moniter and this is my main computer. Upon starting gnome, I have a menu, I can access terminal; no windows border(s) however. How can I fix this? Occasionally when I boot in I get an error that nautilis.bus.dp.somethingorother failed to start and all my icons get thrown on my desktop. I can't seem to get an answer on irc at all, so here's my post.
