That is only command-line and has all of the monitoring tools needed to troubleshoot issues with hardware?

Specifically, I need a tool that shows realtime Memory unloading/loading, CPU load times, GPU load times, and all the temperatures that the motherboard has all on pretty much one screen if possible.

So on the main page, where do I go? There's too much stuff on the page to start looking, looks really complicated.

INX is not X, it's a little cli only distro based off 8.04, it might be what you're looking for, if memory serves though it only runs on the live disc as there are issues installing it.

http://distrowatch.com/search.php and pick - try security or forensics.

You could try http://www.sysresccd.org/Main_Page which will fit on a small USB stick and has most of the CLI tools you need plus can boot into X for things like gparted.
