Hi there, today I was fiddling around and installed virtualbox via synaptic as I wanted to run Windows 7 through it to test something. Following this I removed it and all the additional packages it installed, and then ran a package, cache and config clean through ubuntu tweak. Now however, it takes nearly twice as long to boot, and I seem to have lost the 50gigs I allocated to Windows when setting up the virtual machine. Any help in sorting this out would be appreciated!

Running 32-bit Lucid btw.

EDIT - Just re-booted to double check this, and for a split second there is a paragraph long message during boot that begins with "Failed.. (it is not on screen for long enough to read the rest).
