I'm upgrading from 9.10 to 10.04.

I selected Partial Upgrade on the Upgrade Manager, the Distribution Upgrade window had fetched 356 of 361 packets. However now it has come up with a window saying: "Please insert 'Ubuntu 10.04 _Lucid Lynx_ - Beta i386 (20100318)' into the drive '/cdrom/'"

I don't have a CD with the Beta on and I can't find it on the list of downloads:

Where can I either get this download or just generally what the hell do I do?

It probably got added to your sources somehow. Look in "Software Sources" on the System menu and uncheck the "Installable from CD" option and see if that resolves it.

Thanks, it worked, sort of, I now have a different and far worse problem now.

Appreciated the help though, I'll remember to always check software sources in future.
