Any good mobile sync apps out there?

I have a Nokia E51 and under Windows I usually went with the Nokia Ovi Suite but I'm trying to drop Windows like a bad habit, or at least outside of gaming. So is there some current software out there for smartphones with SMS, music and photo syncing? I mean Gnokii's ancient and the rest aren't far behind either. Hope there's something else.
