I built HTPC few weeks ago and recently got it all working. But I still need some decent remote or wireless keyboard.

Can someone recommend me something?
If you have HTPC, what do you use?

Ok, and what does everybody else use when you're not in the room?

I just use a cheap USB wireless keyboard with a trackpad (http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B002WB1JYQ/ref=asc_df_B002WB1JYQ681189?smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&tag=googlecouk06-21&linkCode=asn&creative=7974&creativeASIN=B002WB1JYQ). Might get a proper remote for it one day.

I am kind of debating between remote and keyboard, which one would more useful.

I guess keyboard would be more convenient, could do more than remote alone.

It gets the job done. Probably not as good as a physical remote, since it uses the touch screen, but it works.

I used to use the xbmc appliaction on my phone but living in an apartment my wireless connection has proved to be unreliable. So I ended up getting the keyboard in my previous post. I also have a standard windows media center remote that I got off newegg for $20 that works painlessly with LIRC.

I use the keyboard for any web browsing or web specific media and generally use the media center remote for all things xbmc except for a few admin items that require the keyboard ever now and then.
