Changing background/wallpaper?

Noticed 10.04 had the ability to have a channging wallpaper/background to change periodically through a few pictures.

(i think i explained that right?)
just trying to figure out how to make my own playlists or specify the folder in which i want the backgrounds to go through

I'm pretty sure this thread (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1504556)'s doing the exact same thing. From the first couple posts, it appears that an application called drapes can accomplish this
