Application Launcher Menu or Bar GONE!! GNOME

Well, you guys know the most importan menu in gnome enviroment that says -->applications - places - and some other thing -- by mistake i deleted that and i feel dumb by saying i cant get it back!

i need it back ASAP cuz its pretty important !

If you're missing the panel, do
Alt+F2

gnome-panel
If it's just the menus, right click on the panel, choose Add to panel and then Main Menu.
