Install ?

Can i install This using VMWARE?
Am Running Win & With VmWARE,Have another ver Linux
Do I Just Run The installation CD From VM WARE?
i Don't want to boot load it with Windows

I did it with 9.x in Win7 without any problems, so it should be possible with 10.04 either.
