Hello! :) Yesterday I installed KUBUNTU! I really like it! But... I think that I need to get NVIDIA GEFORCE GT240M driver. I tried to download it in NVIDIA homepage, but instead of download, pops out web page with text. And I can't download it. :( Please is there anyone who could help me with this? :)

My laptop: ACER ASPIRE 8735
Intel Core 2 Duo processor P7450 (2.13 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB
NVIDIA GeForce GT 240M Up to 2815 MB TurboCache
4 GB Memory

I hope this can help you to solve my problem. :) Maybe there is something else what I should know.

Cheers!

Why don't you use one from the repo - nvidia-current?

Looks like you need more than just downloading .

Right click on the link and then save link as.

Can you show or write step by step how to do that, please? I'm a newbie in Linux OS, but I really would like to know how to use it.

Cheers mate for reply! ;)
