Hi, I really need some help with the update manager. I'm running ubuntu 10.04 and the update manager crashes every time it tries to run an update. Here's the message that I get:
Could not initialize the package information
An unresolvable problem occurred while initializing the package information.
Please report this bug against the "update manager" package and include the following error message:
"E:Problem parsing dependency Depends, E:Error occurred while processing wormux-servers (New version1), E:Problem with MergeList/var/lib/apt/lists/us.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_lucid_universe_ binary-i386_packages, E:The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened."
I upgraded the version of ubuntu about a month ago and never had problems until now. I appreciate any guidance on this matter.
