I've looked around a lot to find a way to do this. Simply put, is there an easy way for this? I have an Asus P5B Deluxe (non-WiFi) board (Intel "Raid" Matrix) and want to dual boot with Linux and either XP or Win7.

I tried booting to an arch disc and the computer just hangs, though really have played around with that to find out if its a bad disc as to why it won't boot) Ubuntu won't see the Rapters I have in a "RAID" 0 when I boot and try to install, but if I boot to the desktop enviro I can mount it and see all the files with no issues.

Simply put, I have a 4 week old daughter and don't have the time I used to ATM to play around with this too much (short of buying a SATA 2 drive raid PCIe card). IS there any "easy" solution (i.e. pop in a disc and go)? I'm open to other distros as well.
