Firefox in Ubuntu 10.04 doesn't seem to scale images properly (uses nearest neighbour extrapolation rather than bilinear apparently)
This is a registered bug and details + a fix can be found here:

However, I recently installed the Firefox 3.6.4 beta and not only did my images go back to not scaling properly but following the steps outlined in the fix don't seem to work anymore either (I did attempt to go back to using 3.6.3 but this didn't seem to change anything).
Can anyone help me get this to work again please? I don't mind going back to 3.6.3.
