TC1100 Screen Rotate

I have a Compaq TC1100 that I just installed Ubuntu. I have configured xorg.conf to allow me to rotate the screen, however the cursor does not rotate. The inputs are 90 degrees out of phase with the way it moves.


What have I missed?
