Fans stage blackout to save FlashForward

Organized by members of PreventTheBlackout.com, the event, scheduled for June 10, will see fans amass in front of ABC offices throughout the country where they plan to reenact the pilot episode's blackout scene by "falling unconscious" for 2 minutes and 17 seconds.

I don't know what to think about this. There are so many bad things in the world that deserves a protest, but it seems people only care about TV shows. First was Jericho, now FlashForward. Which one is next, Law & Order?

FlashForward is a brilliant show. I did my part by preordering the DVD release of season 1 and I wrote polite mails to the relevant people. I think I can manage to lie still for 2m17 in the hopes of getting it back.

Then we can go back to solving the issues of corporate corruption, inequality, hunger, famine, global warming, peak oil/water and naturally sticking it to the RIAA.

I agree, is a very interesting show. I wonder how many medical dramas, procedural crime and tribunal shows the studios will pickup next season. Now that BSG, LOST, Dollhouse, FlashForward are all gone, there is not much too see, except for Fringe, which I hope doesn't get canceled.

Already ended, but they've got enough spin-offs to keep that name going onward. It's lasted from 1990, anyway, so prepare for the spin-off... in LOS ANGELES!!
