Ubuntu 10.04 Upgrade Crashed - Help

Hi all,
I have a dual-boot laptop that had 9.10 and Vista installed. I was upgrading last night to 10.04, and the upgrade crashed where it was asking me what to do with the boot menu.

I can boot fine to Windows, but going to Ubuntu fails, but I cand login and a command line.

Is there a way to continue the installation, or easily re-install without wiping everything?

Ok, I got it sorted.
The grub menu was still there and I selected the 9.10 recovery mode, then repaired the packages and it worked great.
