What this error means. It is showing while trying to install Opera and few other programs...

It means that a certain package that needs to be installed for that package to be installed is not installed.
Use a package manager to install any missing packages.

I've seen this one today. Maybe opera did something wrong with there packaging? maybe a wrong depicency. If I look in synaptic, I only see version 3.3.3 and not 3.3.4.
Maybe wait a few days ton install, until opera has prepared a new package or ubuntu has updated the repo's.

i don't know but newest package(s) solved it.
