How or where do I install Eclipse plugins? Specifically I would like to start using the xjc plugin on my installation of Eclipse 3.2.2 (from here http://jaxb-workshop.dev.java.net) but Ubuntu will not let me extract the download to my Eclipse installation on /usr/local/lib - not even with sudo. What's up?
