Yesterday I was preparing to cleaning up my PC's cabinet and pulled my HDD's 80-pin cable and one of the PATA pins broke, one was
already broken.

It is usable but the problem is that it stops working after 5-6 hours of usage.I have another disk but it is a SATA disk.

Now I am totally screwed up, can anyone point me in the right direction?

As you say it still usable. If I were you I back all the data and use the SATA hard disk. If you intend to use more the 5 hours.

The problem is that I don't have a motherborad that supports SATA ](*,)

The pins is attached to the hard disk circuit board. So you have to check whether you can change the circuit board that is identical to your hard disk. If not you can get a SATA PCI adapter that plug directly into your motherboard PCI slots.
