Hello,
On my huge old clunker laptop i have a 160Gb HDD With 9.10, 10.04, Vista, and a vista recovery partition. I recently bought a new 320 Gb HDD and i want to replace the other with this. I have no Valuable data that i need to save on any of the partitions, BUT heres the catch. The recovery partition appears to be broken and i have no CD/DVD that came with the computer. I have a Itouch, OOPS8-[. So I need Vista. I know 10.04 handles that now but here is another catch. My touch frequently glitches out and i have to restore it.

All of this is basically useless information, i just need a relatively easy way to clone/copy/ghost onto the other drive from 10.04 if possible.

P.S. I have an Internal HDD enclosure.
Thanks in advance
