Help with tv

i got this old magnavox lcd tv for christmas ~3-4 yrs ago. it has vga input. it used to go to sleep after i turned my pc off. but now it just changes colors (red blue yellow black and white) and i don't know why. there's no support for it and i just figured i'd post this here
