Problem with installation(error invalid argument)

Hi I tried to install 9.10 and 10.04 ubuntu on two computers and on both of them at the end of installation I receive this message:

An error occured
Invalid argument
For more information,please sea the log file: c:\docume~1\admini~1\locals~1\temp\wubi-9.10ubuntu1-rev160.log

Please guys I need help.
