RGBA installed - WEBCAM no go

Running Lucid, and have had very few problems... until now...

Added the rgba ppa, and installed the support. Themes work fine, but now my Logitech Webcam Pro 9000 won't "start". I bring up Cheese, and, after about 5 seconds of its window showing the spinning lines, it just exits. Have tried disabling the rgba support in GNOME Color Chooser, but no luck. The camera worked perfectly before the changes.

Any ideas?

OK then... Is there someone who has rgba running and doesn't have any trouble with a webcam? If there is, at least I'll know it's worth it to keep trying to make mine work.
