I am going to the Linux Boot Ccamp event in Bristol England soon. Anyone else going.

I did it a couple of years ago. Good fun, although there's a bit of a skills gap between the 'Build and boot' part and the 'Scripting and configuration' one.

Word of warning, they hate ubuntu ;) They do, however, throw slackware discs at you.

I'd love to get a chance at something similar here in the States. Regardless if they use Slackware or Ubuntu sounds like good info and fun stuff. I could use some good info on improving my networked computers.

I am hoping I can get someone to show me some server bits and pieces also.

Sounds an interesting event — unfortunately I have exams on the 28th and 29th of June :(
