Newbie question....I've read that the difference between the live DVD and CD is that the DVD comes with a lot a 'most popular' software packages included. I used the DVD to install my initial system, and it came up the same as a cd install. From my installed ubuntu 10-04 system, how to I install extras from this DVD? Using package manager? or is it a command line thing? If it's command line, how do I know what packages are on it?
