Guys this is a pretty basic question but I am stuck on it. I have ubuntu 9.04 on D drive and I installed 10.04 just now on the C drive. Now starting anyone of those leads to a grub> terminal where I dont know what to enter to start any of them. Kindly state the commands that I need in order to start anyone of them and if possible do something that would allow me to just enter ubuntu x.04 directly when I select the option.

Are you talking about wubi installs inside windows? There is no C: or D: drive in linux.

I don't think you can run two versions of wubi at the same time. Because it's installed inside windows they would conflict.

If you did a proper install on its own partition, you can have as many different versions as you like, but not wubi.
