Just one quick question. Does it inculde the member of all the web forums (http://www.ubuntu.com/community/forums) or just the members of this English one (http://ubuntuforums.org/)?

COOL! I wonder if sth like that can be made in higher resolution, to see the cities at least. It's a pitty Google Earth doesn't work on lunux, it would be a nice add-on.
btw, believe it or not, but I see my self there. Apperantly I'm the only one from Bulgaria currently online.

Cool feature!

There is no visible difference between an area with so many forum users that it's completely red and another area with an even higher density of forum users. Would it be possible to color code based on density?

That would be interesting to mash together with Google Earth.

I love the map of All Members in the US...you can clearly see where 45% of those travelling west saw the Rockies and thought, "You know what, we passed a really great spot over there...let's go there," and then another 45% saying, "Coast or bust!" and the last 10% that got lost somewhere in the mountains and decided to open up casinos and/or invent a religion.

Now, the question is, when are we getting someone from Mongolia?

if you want something more detailed then maybe you can get more people to use frappr or try editing google maps source code and make a frappr like map, but instead of people having to manually join it, when they sign up they're automaticly on

The US is almost entirely red! The Commies have won! (that's a joke folks!)

It suprises me how many dots there are.
