View Full Version : [kubuntu] Options to customize desktop effects disappeared... can't change hot keys

I have desktop effects enabled and all sorts of great eye candy. The problem is that I can't go in and enable or disable specific effects anymore. In particular, I set one of the effects, which zooms out and show each window as a bitmap image, with a hot key of shift+space. As you can imagine that is giving me a little bit of a problem. I need to see and enable/disable these effects again.

I have an ATI graphics card with the lastest proprietary drivers installed. Kubuntu 10.04LTS.

Some picks of my appearance tabs

Ever since I enabled support for screen savers I have had a weird bitmap image overlay on all my appearance windows. I don't know if the two problems are related.
