which mysql connecter for C# ?

I have mysql installed and running on ubuntu 10. On the same network / subnet I have an IIS server running c# web apps. I need to access the database from the .net environment so I downloaded

mysql-connector-net-6.2.3-noinstall.zip

but not sure where to place it. I am also not sure if this is what I need for this.
