SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) ―

A city worker removes a damaged toilet from the Hall of Justice.

A county jail inmate caused a messy problem Friday at the San Francisco Hall of Justice after flushing a bed sheet down the toilet and flooding several courtrooms below with raw sewage, according to the sheriff's department...

Plumbers... wft. Stanky cheese man overfloweth. I'm all a tremble. There's a new fountain at tha City Halll. They should just stop patching and start reconfiguring. This one... may take a while to sort.

LOL
uh.

<in a coast guard helicopter!!! That I just made up!>

Five courtrooms will remain closed at least through Monday after being flooded with raw sewage late Thursday and Friday, a court spokeswoman said.

This happens all the time with prisoners. They act out as a way to feel powerful in a powerless situation. Basically its just an adult acting like a cry baby because they think they are being treated unfairly by the system.

on a lighter note: Anyone else expect to see Aquaman with a mop, and Batman fixing the pipes.

Umm... I'm kinda gettin' Frank Lloyd Wright tappin' on the pipes and howling. He died... lessee.. oh, a while ago now.

See... it's city hall. It doesn't live in a vacuum. It exists in the world.

If you want common decency, this is not the right thread for you.

The news that's fit to print is at the Chron. The Wright Stiff?

...nothin' to do but wait and see about that.

Next time, maybe they'll rethink the cleverness of having the jail upstairs and the courts downstairs.

Put the jail underground, courts upstairs, and on/near the ground floor put security, inmate processing, guard force administration, etc.

Wut? :-?

What's "legal advice" got to do with the price of avocados in Tobago?

Absolutely nothing?

That happened at my middle school. Several times, if I remember.

Absolutely nothing?

So you get your legal advice from "CPN - GZP = X"?

No, that's semi algebra. It's guideposts to another thread. Thanks for asking.

I'll leave the thread for you to find, but expand a few acronyms.

Current Post Number minus Ground Zero Post = X, the number that should be in the post. X the unknown quantity.

Any further questions? The actual counting to 500 depends on events, but the solution is in my sig.

Okay, thanks for more irrelevant cognitive flotsam. Now, what made you think that my sig was somehow related to "legal advice" and somehow related to this thread? In other words, why did feel the need to say, in this thread,
"You get your legal advice from Man pages? Grep no less? ....hmmmm...??"

The same thing happened at the police station in my town. The vandal, however, was never caught because the cops had nothing to go on.

Groan!
(And a similar thing happened locally, leaving a hole in the ground. The police were looking into it.)
