Evolution closes spontaneously

I am down to one little annoying problem since my successful update to 10.04 LTS Lucid Lynx and I hope someone can give me some input on a solution. I am trying to use the Evolution email client packaged with Ubuntu. I like most of the looks and features of the application but since the update the application just, spontaneously, closes. Here one minute, gone the next. Sometimes it will stay open for hours sometimes only minutes. Hopefully one of you fantastic PA Ubuntu gurus can assist me. I am real close to chucking the Evolution client and go pack to Thunderbird with the Lightening add on from Mozilla.

Well, while seducing the canine, whilst my son and I waited for our car to be repaired, I finally found the "Bug Buddy" that Evolution referred to. I am happy to report that since I found "Bug Buddy", and http://ubuntuguide.org/wiki/Ubuntu:Lucid the spontaneous closing of the Evolution application has, for the moment, gone hasta le bye bye! Tomorrow: We dig deeper into http://ubuntuguide.org/wiki/Ubuntu:Lucid and see if there is more bang for my time! Can't say buck because Ubuntu is FREE! Thank God!
